Holiday Happenings - Minooka's Home Decorating ContestCongratualtions to the 2009 Holiday House Decorating Contest Winners! The events committee judged 17 homes registered for the Holiday House Decorating Contest. Below are the winners and a few others you might want to visit as they are a sight to see. Don’t forget your sunglasses!
1st Place - The Kopstain Family 304 Prairie Ridge Drive (Prairie Ridge Subdivision)
2nd Place - The Jacknick Family 371 Coneflower Drive (Lakewood Trails Subdivision)
3rd Place - The Golas Family 1603 Creekside Circle (Chestnut Ridge Subdivision)
Thank you to the families who participated. It was a
difficult decision as the events committee had 17 homes to judge
this year and all the homes were beautifully decorated, creative
and cheerful. They all signify the Christmas spirit and our
community is appreciative of your efforts. We look forward to
next year's contest.
