Tax Increment Financing

In February 2024 the Village of Minooka passed three ordinances related to the Downtown TIF (Tax Increment Financing) District:

• An ordinance approving a Tax Increment Redevelopment Plan and Redevelopment Project
• An ordinance designating the Downtown Redevelopment Project Area
• An ordinance adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Downtown TIF District
