Village Clerk

The Village Clerk’s office is located in the Administration Department of the Village Hall at 121 E McEvilly Road.  The Village Clerk is an appointed official responsible for maintaining the Village Seal and records of the Village of Minooka.  The Village Clerk records and maintains the meeting minutes and agendas for the Village Board and Planning and Zoning Commission and is the Freedom of Information Act Officer and Local Election Official.  The Clerk also administers applications for businesses, liquor and tobacco licenses, vending licenses, solicitor permits, and any applications for the Planning and Zoning Commission.  Please see the tabs below for applications and more information.
